Spiderman Appeals to All Ages

Spiderman is one of the most popular superheroes in the world, thanks in large part to his every man appeal. Unlike other superheroes, such as Superman and Batman, Spiderman deals with every day problems such as finding steady work, keeping up with homework, and juggling his personal relationships. Spiderman is also one of the funnier superheroes around, as can be seen by his trademark quips while battling against his enemies.

Spiderman has appeared in three big budget movies, all of them generating impressive box office results worldwide. The film franchise features Tobey Maguire in the role of Peter Parker, the alter ego of Spiderman. He is joined by actors Kirsten Dunst as Peter’s love interest Mary Jane Watson, and James Franco as Peter’s best friend Harry Osborn.

Spiderman has a strong cast of villains, with the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, The Sandman, and Venom already being featured in the movie franchise. A reboot of the Spiderman franchise will potentially feature The Lizard, another popular Spiderman for, as seen in many Spiderman t shirts. The new Spiderman will be a much younger version than the original, featuring young stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone in the roles of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson.

Spiderman is also one of Marvel Comics’ most popular superheroes, with titles such as The Amazing Spiderman, Ultimate Spider Man, and The Spectacular Spiderman to his name. Brian Michael Bendis is the longtime writer of the Ultimate Spiderman series, which also features a high school aged Peter Parker. Many Spiderman t shirts are based on the Ultimate version of the character.

Spiderman’s costume is one of the best around, and there are many versions of the costume available. One of the more popular ones is the black alien Symbiote version, which can be seen in the third Spiderman movie. That design is also featured in many Spiderman t shirts based on the movie franchise.
